 Although we still perform in-house watch repairs, it has been many years since Schuck Jewelers has employed a qualified clockmaker. Our area has always had hobbyists who have tinkered with clocks, some even with signs out in front of their homes. Although some self taught hobbyists have performed quality work at times, we can not recommend just anyone. Unless we have checked out their references and are assured of at least some professional training we are reluctant to recommend this type of clock repairman. However, a local search reveals two who advertise clock repairs.
